What is your fantasy, approaching 20/20, 20/10, etc?

im like 20/40 contained by one eye, 20/55-60 in another, would this require specs?What is your fantasy, approaching 20/20, 20/10, etc?
I am 20/40 with individual 5 deg of central hallucination and absolutely no divergent vision. I am legitimately blind, but heck that don't bother me. I say thank you to God every sunshine because I can see something. My glass is partially full.
