What make you bring back a ice-cream headache?

I've a headache now and it's only just got me thinking....what is it that make us get brain freeze from intake ice-cream 2 fast?What make you bring back a ice-cream headache?

I heard some one vote when I was consumption ice cream dont you go and get ice cream headache and i looked at them strange i have never heard of this formerly as i have never have it i dont think everyone attain this
its from the coldness and eating it to efficient
If you immediately put your tongue against the roof of your mouth after consumption the cold stuff, that should warm up the nerves plenty to help...or drink some hot tea or reheat water.

Never hear of it. All I can think that can begin is the cold affects a nerve surrounded by a tooth and that in turn triggers a punch in the director giving a form of headache.
It's not really affecting your brain -- it's your sinuses that get whammied by a sudden dose of frozen stuff. You can capture the same description of acute headache if you go outside on a really cold hours of daylight and take a wide breath.
Because when you swallow too much too fast the roof of your mouth stays cold and explicitly near ur brain so that ur brain get cold!!

The sudden shock of cold on the base of your brain stem ( the pay for of your throat in your neck)

It seem it has alread done some irredeemable damage
I usually procure an icecream headache when i get a tub of it lobbed at my lead *LOL*
