What should i munch through while im sick?

it all started when i woke up at 6:45 am. my body feel kinda weak and sore. i go back to at similar to 8:30 am and woke up at 10:16 am. I went downstairs and ate cereal. afterwards i be hungry so i ordered buffalo wings. i go to bed again and woke up after about an hour. when i woke up, i threw up. in a minute im drinking gatorade, and i dont know what to eat besides soup. i havent eat soup yet. my body is still sore.What should i munch through while im sick?
Broth, lighting soups and a few crackers!

tea and toast (preferably dry)
soup
lots of juices
jello
homemade chicken soup
Eat some burn toast,and drink lots of spring wet.
Stay away from the Buffalo Wings. Nothing spicy at this point is going to settle well. Stick beside the "BRAT" diet. Bananas, Rice, Apple sauce and Toast. Instead of drinking Gatorade, you might want to just chew on some rime chips for a while. Give your body a chance to "heal". If you are not idea better by Monday, you should see a doctor.
