What is the workings to an acute break to the femur?

What is the workings to an acute break to the femur?
There is no specific mechanism to a fracture. Most anything can lead to a break. Acute simply means prompt onset and as you would expect most fractures are going to be that. I agree with the above you call for to be more specific in your ask.
What do you mean by "mechanism"??? A fracture is a fracture. There's no acute fracture. There's simple, compound, avulsed, bucket-handle, butterfly, comminuted, compression, displaced, greenstick, impacted, intraarticular, torus, linera, neoplstic, pathologic, slanting, occult, segmental, spiral, stellate, stress and transverse. So take your pick. Can you please rephrase your grill?
